Out of class, I find that I am sending emails a lot more often. Students are still under a lot of stress, but they don't always let us know. If a student is missing from class for two days, I generally reach out via email to see if something is wrong.
In class, I use Google Jamboard to keep students interested and engaged, as well as a lot of interaction during working examples. I have students working through the examples instead of just me doing them as well.
