Description: This virtual presentation will include an overview of the federal regulations pertaining to the F-1 visa application process (i.e., I-20 obtention process) and employment options for F-1 visa holders (on-campus, Curricular Practical Training (CPT), Optional Practical Training (OPT)). The presenter will also provide general information about J-1 and H-1B visa federal regulations and eligibility criteria. A Q&A will follow the presentation.
