AMTYC friends,
As part of an effort to understand the state of college math teaching and find ways to better support faculty, we invite you to share your thoughts regarding introductory mathematics courses, pedagogy, and course materials.
If you have taught College Algebra, Precalculus, Calculus, Quantitative Reasoning, or Introductory Statistics (or their equivalents under other names) anytime in the last three years, we would love to hear from you. We're especially interested in hearing from faculty at a variety of community colleges, including minority serving institutions.
To thank you for your time, those who complete the survey will be eligible for a drawing to win one of Cliff Stoll's beautiful glass Kllein bottles. (We'll give you the option of a Visa gift card, but we bet the chance to display a Klein bottle in your office will be just too much to pass up!) The survey will close June 7, 2024.
We expect the survey will take about 15-20 minutes of your time.
To complete the survey, please follow this link (https://forms.gle/a79M8sJqsybezxfp7).
Please feel free to forward this invitation to other faculty who teach introductory college math courses.
Thanks,
dave
